Why we started
Born from a conversation in a chat thread.
The idea for Tellus started with a simple observation: small business owners across Africa are already running their entire operations on WhatsApp, handling customer orders, supplier negotiations, and delivery confirmations. The tool is right there. What's missing is the accounting layer.
We're building Tellus in close contact with the business owners who will use it. Our early access cohort is small on purpose. Every business that joins gets direct access to our team, and their feedback shapes what we build next.
