This policy applies to the Tellus waitlist website and, once launched, to the Tellus WhatsApp-based accounting service. It explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

When you join the waitlist, we collect the information you give us:

• Your email address (required)
• Your WhatsApp phone number (optional)
• Your business type (optional)

Once the product is live, we will also process the messages you send to the Tellus WhatsApp agent on WhatsApp, for example sales, expenses, and invoice details, so that we can generate your accounting records and reports.

• To contact you about early access and product updates
• To generate invoices, reports, and summaries you ask for
• To improve the product and fix problems
• To comply with legal obligations where required

We do not sell your information, and we do not share your business data with third parties for advertising.

We rely on trusted service providers (for example, WhatsApp/Meta for message delivery, and infrastructure providers for hosting) to operate the service. These providers only process information as needed to provide the service to you.

We keep waitlist details until you ask us to remove them or the product launches, whichever is later. Business records you create through the product are kept for as long as your account is active, and you can request export or deletion at any time.

• You can ask us to update or delete your waitlist entry at any time.
• You can unsubscribe from any non-essential messages.
• You can request a copy of the information we hold about you.
