Terms of Service

When you join the waitlist, you're asking to be notified about early access to Tellus. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract for paid services and does not guarantee access on any specific date.

Once the product is live, you're responsible for the information you send to the Tellus WhatsApp agent and for keeping your account secure. You retain ownership of your business data; we only use it to operate the service for you.

• Do not use Tellus to send spam or unlawful messages.
• Do not attempt to break, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.
• Do not use Tellus to store information you're not legally allowed to store.

We work hard to keep the service reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change, or discontinue features from time to time.

Waitlist signups receive free access to Tellus when it goes live. Any future changes to how the service is offered will be communicated to you in advance.

You can stop using Tellus at any time and request that we delete your account and data. We may suspend or end access for accounts that breach these terms.

To the extent allowed by law, Tellus is provided "as is". We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
